Account Registration

Account Creation Rules
- Each member may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited.
- The name, date of birth, and contact information provided at registration must be truthful and verifiable.
- Keeping the account password confidential is the member's own responsibility. No third party may be given access to the account.
- Selling, transferring, or renting an account is strictly prohibited.
- ek666 reserves the right to cancel any account created with false information at any time.
Identity Verification (KYC)
ek666 may request identity verification from a member at any time. A copy of a national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate may be required for verification. Withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
Age Verification and Eligibility
The minimum age requirement to use the ek666 platform is 21 years. No person under the age of 21 may register on this site or play any form of betting or casino games.
For ages 21+: If a minor creates an account using false information, all transactions on that account will be cancelled and the account will be closed. The guardian of the relevant family may also be notified.
In addition, a person is not eligible to use the ek666 platform in the following circumstances:
- If online gaming is legally prohibited in the person's place of residence.
- If the person is an officer, employee of ek666, or a family member of such individuals.
- If an account has previously been permanently closed for any reason.

Welcome Bonus
New members will have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following terms apply to this bonus:
- Bonus wagering requirement: 10 times (10x) the total of the deposit amount and bonus amount.
- A specific time limit is set for completing the wagering requirement, which begins counting from the date the bonus is activated.
- A member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- The maximum bet amount may be limited on certain games when playing with bonus funds.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses cannot be stacked unless clearly stated in the promotion.
- Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash until the specified wagering requirements are met.
- If a bonus is not used within a specified period after being received, it will be automatically cancelled.
- If a member is found to be abusing the bonus system, ek666 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and review the account.
Sports Betting and Casino Games

General Betting Rules
- A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed, unless it was accepted incorrectly due to a technical error.
- ek666 reserves the right to cancel a bet if there is confirmed information about the outcome of a game or if the result has already been determined.
- Placing bets on both sides of the same event to gain an artificial advantage is prohibited.
- If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant refund policy for associated bets will apply.

Responsible Gaming

Account Closure and Restrictions
ek666 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

- Abusing the bonus system or attempting fraud.
- Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
- Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
- Threatening or abusive behavior toward other members or staff.
Upon account closure, the valid balance (excluding bonuses and after the investigation is resolved) will be returned to the member's registered payment method, unless fraud has been proven.

However, if a member suffers actual loss due to ek666's own error, the matter of compensation will be resolved through discussion with the relevant member.
